Grow plants while tending to the shops. Harvest them and chop them down. But don't wait too long or the crops will be ruined.

Overgrowth and Resource Management
The plants grow but if they "overgrow" they will ruin the neighbouring crops. You also only have 8 inventory slots available, so you must juggle the seeds, crops and leftovers to attend the never-ending stream of costumers.

Crops
Each crop has both food and leftovers.
Wheat: A common crop. Nothing special about it.
Cactus: Doesn't need to be watered. (Water kills it.) Grows fast.
Azale: Takes a little bit more to grow.
Carrot: Grows very fast.
Pumpkin: After collecting it, the plant disappears. You can only get carved pumpkins if you let them overgrow.
Crystal: A mystical plant that takes a loooong time to grow.
Tomato: Nothing special.
Eggplant: Nothing special.
Apol: Takes a while to grow, it's like a small tree.
Pear/Elm: Takes a while to grow a fruit of a tree that's not it's tree.
